Participation: For PE I feel like I give my full effort into participating. I alway come to class to class with my gym strip and ready to participate. I try to help the younger grades and start games such as ultimate and capture the flag. Even though I'm pretty bad at organizing teams i still make the effort and i think that counts for a lot. I also try to bring a positive energy to class and to try and motivate my fellow classmates to preform to their very best. I also feel like i try pretty hard in fitness and other activities even if i don't like what we are doing.
Social Responsibility and Contribution to the Class: Like i said in the last category i feel like i try to contribute to this class. Every time we have choice I try to organize games for not only my class but for the younger classes too. I hope to think that the younger kids look up to me and think that I am a good role model in the class. Also I try to get the younger kids into the activity like I am, especially when we are doing an activity that none of us like. I never need a reminder from the teacher to try my hardest or to put equipment away.
Healthy Living: I do really well during fitness opportunities but i still think there is definitely room for improvement. My beep test scores always stay around the 10 range but i know that with more PE class I could improve that number to even an 11 or 12. However at the start of this year my beep test were in the high 9's at best but now i'm the mid 10's which i think is a huge improvement for me. I hope that with further practice and training i will be able to maintain my current fitness level or even improve it.
Digital Portfolio and Reflective skills: I feel that my blog is very complete overall. I have a lot of evidence and numerous blog posts about the effort i put into this class. I feel that my blog posts are very detailed and truly represent what i have learned and how i have improved over the year in PE. I also feel like i may be able to post more photos or videos as to why i deserve the mark i gave myself but i still think my blog is very good overall.
In the end i feel like i still deserve a 90% in this class. Thanks :)
